Statelessness and Refugees: Understanding the nexus
In this training video, international experts explore what statelessness is, how it interacts with refugee situations and what some of the main challenges are in this context. Laura van Waas from the Institute on Statelessness and Inclusion introduces a series of short interviews with: Professor Helene Lambert of Westminster University; Kerry Neal of UNICEF; Fernando de Medina Rosales, Norwegian Refugee Council; Lucy Hovil of the International Refugee Rights Initiative; and Gábor Gyulai, European Network on Statelessness / Hungarian Helsinki Committee.

Statelessness and Refugees: The Syria context
In this training video, experts working in the region explore what factors are complicating access to Syrian nationality for some refugees and who is vulnerable to the risk of statelessness, what the situation is of refugees from Syria who were already stateless, prior to the conflict, and remain so in exile and how the regional refugee response is addressing these issues.
